Costarmorican companies were honored during the ceremony organized by the Association des Oscars des Entreprises, on Tuesday, November 9 in Saint-Brieuc. This event, which has existed since 2015, allows “to highlight and promote entrepreneurs and their business. ”

“Little-known companies, but real nuggets”

Most often, “these are little-known companies, but which are real nuggets,” recalls Michèle Guibert, president of the association of Oscars of Companies in Côtes-d’Armor and general manager of Crédit Agricole du 22.

Each year, an identification is carried out in the field by sources and in 2021, no less than 67 companies were in the running.

4 companies from Penthièvre

Due to the pandemic, it is an unprecedented prize list with ten winners, for the 2020 and 2021 editions. Four are located in the territory of Penthièvre.

The World of Pancakes: The company, located in Lamballe and represented by Béatrice and Hugues Carnoux and Hervé Corbin, won the 2020 Oscar for international development. The Lamballe company manufactures frozen pancakes, pancakes, pancakes and blinis. It is today a leader on an international scale and established in 33 countries.

Alter Interim: The employment agency, managed by Gwenn Cambien, won the 2020 Oscar for Corporate Social Responsibility. It stands out for its approach which promotes professional integration, with in particular 1 permanent for 12 supported, against 1 for 80 on average. Nutraveris: This scientific and regulatory consulting firm, based in Ploufragan and founded by Cédric Bourges, specializes in food supplements. It was awarded the 2020 Innovation Oscar. The company works for renowned clients such as Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Decathlon, Pfizer and Sanofi and helps them work on the formulation of their new products and have it authorized in each of the countries of the European Union.

The men : The family business, specialized in animal nutrition for more than sixty years in Saint-Brandan, won the Oscar for growth in 2021. Emmanuel Le Men, its manager, ”is proud that the fourth generation is in line to take the reins of our company, which continues to remain independent, in a competitive environment. ”

Kerdry : Oscar for innovation 2021, Lannion, DG Damien Deubel.

Valéor : Special jury prize 2021, Ploumagoar, director Arnaud Monnier.
