The six-episode series follows the story of Ptolemy Gray (Jackson), a 91-year-old man who regains his memory and tries to solve the death of his nephew.

Produced by Apple Studios, “The Last Days of Ptolemy Grey” stars Jackson as Ptolemy Grey, a sick man forgotten by his family, friends and himself. Suddenly deprived of his trusted guardian and on the verge of sinking even deeper into solitary dementia, Ptolemy is left in the care of Robyn, a teenage orphan, played by BAFTA-nominated Dominique Fishback (“Judas and the Black Messiah”) ). When they learn of a treatment that can temporarily restore dementia-stricken Ptolemy’s memories, it’s the start of a journey toward shocking truths about the past, present, and future. Besides Jackson and Fishback, the Apple Original series stars Cynthia Kaye McWilliams (“Coyote,” “Real Husbands of Hollywood”), Damon Gupton (“Black Lightning,” “Bates Motel”), Marsha Stephanie Blake (“I Am Your Woman”, “When They See Us”), Walton Goggins (“Justified”, “The Unicorn”) and Omar Miller (“The Unicorn”, “Ballers”).

Alongside Mosley and Jackson, “The Last Days of Ptolemy Grey” is executive produced by Mosley’s partner Diane Houslin, Ramin Bahrani, Eli Selden and David Levine for Anonymous Content, and LaTanya Richardson.
