The regional government's Plan Vive III initiative aims to provide affordable housing to low-income families. The first phase involves 1,028 subsidized rentals in five Madrid suburbs: Aranjuez, Villalbilla, Navalcarnero, Daganzo, and Pinto.

Prices for the apartments will range from 546 to 851 euros per month, depending on the size and number of bedrooms. All units come with a garage, storage space, and access to common areas featuring gardens, parks, swimming pools, and sports facilities.

To be eligible, applicants must meet certain criteria, including being at least 18 years old, having Spanish nationality or legal residency in Spain, and not exceeding a combined household income of 35% of their net earnings.

The lottery system will prioritize applicants based on their order of registration. More information and application details can be found on the Madrid region's official website.
