Marion Cotillard, Omar Sy and these other French people nominated for the Golden Globes

CINEMA – The grand Hollywood ceremonies have kicked off. This Monday, December 13, Golden globes, whose 2022 edition will be held in Los Angeles on January 9, unveiled their nominations, among which several French people were invited.

Marion Cotillard (Golden Globe and Oscar for Best Actress for her role in The kid in 2008) thus competes for the title of the best actress in a comedy or a musical for her interpretation in the last film of Leos Carax, Annette. Omar Sy, for that of the best actor in a series thanks to his role in Lupine.

They are not the only ones. Tahar Rahim is nominated for Best Actor in a Best Miniseries with The Serpent. The French film music composer Alexandre Desplat (already twice Oscar winner) is in competition for the soundtrack of The French Dispatch, by Wes Anderson.
