A new documentary, A Future On Stage, offers a behind-the-scenes look at the musical's creation, featuring the participation of Michael J. Fox, Robert Zemeckis, Bob Gale, and the cast. Director Brian Stillman delves into the complex process of adapting the beloved film for the stage.

In a statement, Bob Gale expressed astonishment at the musical's global success, with sold-out performances worldwide.
