After 15 years, Metallica returns to Bizkaia to celebrate a rock party in style. The Bilbao Bizkaia Rock Day will bring together artists of different generations and styles on July 3 at the San Mamés stadium (Rafael Moreno Pitxitxi s/n).
From the thrash metal of Metallica to pop rock The Regrettes, going through the alternative rock of Weezerthe garage rock of The Hellacopters and the indie rock of Nothing But Thieves… all of them will meet on July 3.
Metallica:
The group was formed in 1981 when drummer Lars Ulrich and the guitarist/vocalist James Hetfield came together becoming one of the most influential and successful rock bands in history. have already sold over 110 million albums worldwide and have played for millions of fans on all seven continents. They have several multi-platinum albums under their belt, including their 1991 album ‘Metallica’ (also called ‘The Black Album’), with which they sold almost 17 million copies in the United States alone.
