MTV VMA Awards Will Take Place In August

The news was released during a press conference on Phase 3 of New York’s reopening process, which begins July 6 and includes moderate restrictions in restaurants.

Under normal circumstances, the multi-use venue can have up to 19,000 people for events or concerts, according to Consequence of Sound.
