In a statement, Annapurna Interactive assured fans that the playlist won't disappear or be delisted due to expiring licenses. This is a welcome relief, given the fate of many other games that have faced similar music licensing woes.

Developer Beethoven and Dinosaur, along with publisher Annapurna, have ensured that the licensed tracks will remain in the game for years to come. This means players will continue to enjoy the game's eclectic soundtrack, featuring artists like Devo, The Smashing Pumpkins, and more, without worrying about the music disappearing.

This isn't a common practice in the gaming industry, where music licenses often expire after a certain period. Games like Rock Band 4 and Alan Wake have been affected by this issue in the past, leaving fans disappointed when certain tracks were removed.
