  • The Governor of Jalisco indicates that the case of Luz Raquel Padilla is already being addressed, and measures have been taken to support her family
  • La Semar indicates that between December 2018 and July 2022 the municipalities with the highest incidence of hydrocarbons in Jalisco are Tlajomulco, Tala, Zapotlanejo, Atotonilco el Alto and Lagos de Moreno.
  • López Obrador stresses that Mexico has not violated the TMEC -before the claim of the US and Canada- and that his government has focused on taking care of the oil, since “the previous government had offered a chapter in which it delivered the oil”
  • López Obrador points out that it is a source of pride that one of his first actions as president-elect was to resist pressure from US negotiators for Mexico to deliver the oil in the TMEC
  • López Obrador asks that Chapter 8 of the TMEC be projected in the morning, in which the “Recognition of the Direct Domain and the Inalienable and Imprescriptible Ownership of the United Mexican States of Hydrocarbons” is established, and questions “where is the change of rules?”
  • López Obrador points out that Chapter 8 of the TMEC, in which Mexico’s sovereignty over hydrocarbons is established “is what remained of a legacy of treason against the country”
  • The President points out that in the current controversy over the claim of the US and Canada over the TMEC there are still so many traitors to the country
  • López Obrador points out that he has a better relationship with foreign governments than with the Mexican “surrogates” who celebrate the claim of the US and Canada on the TMEC
  • López Obrador takes advantage of his visit to Jalisco, an entity where Fernando del Paso lived -author of Noticias del Imperio y José Trigo- to say that he should have won the Nobel Prize for Literature
  • López Obrador reiterates that there is no violation of the TMEC and that his government will not continue with the surrender policy, as was the case with all those who celebrate the US and Canadian claim.
  • The President indicates that on September 16 he will report on the claim of the US and Canada on the TMEC; He emphasizes that on that day “we are going to fix our position, we are not going to give in, that is difficult for organic intellectuals”
  • The President points out that the Conservatives have maintained the custom of looking for foreigners to govern the country, and exemplifies the meeting of the Conservatives in the 19th century when they went to look for Maximilian of Habsburg
  • The President points out that the surrenderers, all those who have celebrated the claim of the US and Canada over the TMEC, want a return to the times before the expropriation
  • The President recommends that the population read “The White Rose” by Bruno Traven regarding how the conservatives celebrate that the US and Canada celebrate the claim on the TMEC
