Raúl Bulnes, president of the Pablo Neruda Foundation, also celebrated the agreement sealed by both institutions, recalling the close relationship that united the poet with our House of Studies, namely: his passage through the classrooms of the campus, including a brief period in the Architecture career and later his studies in Pedagogy in French at the Pedagogical Institute; his active participation in the university magazines Juventud and Claridad, and the donation of his books and shells to the University of Chile, a collection that today is protected by the Andrés Bello Central Archive.
