The director of “It’s easier for a camel” and “A Castle in Italy”, Valeria Bruni-Tedeschi will have the honors of the evening of the 50^e birthday, Friday, July 8. Selected at Cannes, his new partly autobiographical film “Les Amandiers”, about the famous school of Nanterre founded by the great director Patrice Chéreau, will be screened in the large hall of La Coursive in front of an audience of guests including many filmmakers. . The actress will be present alongside part of her team including the two main actors Sofiane Bennacer and Nadia Tereszkiewicz (but without Louis Garrel!).

Francois Ozon

He had come as a simple spectator last year but also to meet his friend, director Xavier Beauvois. After his selection at the Cannes Film Festival, François Ozon (“Sous le sable”, “Huit Femmes”, “Potiche”, “Grâce à Dieu”…) will present a preview of his brand new film “Peter Von kant” (with Denis Ménochet and Isabelle Adjani), Saturday July 2, in the main hall.
