On Tuesday May 24, Sophie Marceau made her return to the Croisette in a carmine red total-look enhanced by a long train.
For their part, the actresses Rossy de Palma and Sandrine Kiberlain both succumbed to an AMI Paris tailor. The first, who presides over the jury of the Camera d’Or in Cannes, wore a hyper-sophisticated black suit consisting of a jacket and woolen pants.
Sandrine Kiberlain, for her part, fell for a very modern beige three-piece suit which would easily make it onto the list of the most beautiful looks at Cannes 2022.

“Cinema has been my passion since childhood: my career in fashion, I owe it in large part to my love of cinema, which is as much about directing and scripts as it is about characters or costumes. .” says the man who gave birth to the AMI house in 2011.
This year, in addition to dressing celebrities on the red carpet, Alexandre Mattiussi realized the dream of a lifetime: to produce a film presented at Cannes. This dream came true on Wednesday May 18 during the presentation of Dammia short film co-written and directed by Yann Mounir Demange and co-produced by AMI.
The film inspired by the life of the French director brings together a 5-star cast including Isabelle Adjani and Riz Ahmed.
If AMI shines this year on the Croisette, it is not the first time that the label has embraced the world of cinema.
Last February, Alexandre Mattiussi presented the AMI fall-winter 2022-2023 fashion show in an immersive setting inspired by the Paris metro. As in real life, sound announcements are broadcast in the AMI metro station.
But it is not the usual voice of the RATP that we hear… This is replaced by the voices of two phenomena of French cinema: Isabelle Huppert and Pierre Niney. In front-row, Catherine Deneuve and Philippe Leroy-Beaulieu attend the show.
