Following hundreds of negative Steam reviews and feedback submissions, Bandai Namco has released a statement assuring players that the team is reviewing each report daily and working on necessary responses and adjustments.

The team acknowledged that Season 3's balance changes, aimed at reducing excessive rewards, have instead led to one-sided gameplay and an overall poor experience. It vowed to continue refining the battle system to strike a better balance between offense and defense.

To accelerate this process, an emergency patch is set to release today, March 26, focusing on critical bug fixes and high-priority issues identified through community feedback.

Future updates, including Ver.3.00.02 in mid-April and Ver.3.01 in late spring, will address other issues in sequence.

The team also plans to create new Discord channels for players to discuss requested changes, with gameplay fixes being prioritized over responses to individual complaints.
