Xbox teams up with fanta for a limited edition gaming cans and in-game rewards

Microsoft is celebrating the 25th anniversary of Xbox in a big way by partnering with Fanta for a series of special edition cans and bottles. Starting April 6, fans can scan QR codes on each pack to unlock in-game rewards and Xbox prizes, as well as participate in interactive challenges.

Xbox-themed fanta cans arrive

The limited-edition lineup features iconic Xbox characters on existing Fanta flavors, plus a new Fanta Crimson Sour Cherry flavor to commemorate the milestone. The Xbox-themed Fanta cans are for Forza Horizon 6, Call of Duty, Diablo 4, Halo, and World of Warcraft.

In-game rewards and prizes

By completing Fanta Rewards Chest challenges, fans can win prizes like Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscriptions, controllers, consoles, and even the new ROG Xbox Ally. Digital in-game rewards are also available, including items like the Master Chief's Fantastic Spartan Armor in Halo, a Fantastical Goblin Waveshredder Mount for World of Warcraft, and more.

Diablo 4 fan event

Microsoft is also hosting an immersive Diablo 4 fan event in Los Angeles from May 22-25 in collaboration with Fanta. Players will face off against Mephisto to claim prizes, including cold cans of Fanta.

With the anniversary celebrations underway, Xbox is gearing up for an Xbox Games Showcase in June. This year will also see the launches of Gears of War: E-Day, the new Fable reboot, and Halo: Campaign Evolved. Forza Horizon 6 kicks off in May.
